MLQU-SOL Forges Strategic Partnership with LTFRB for Clinical Legal Education Program

Manuel L. Quezon University – School of Law (MLQU-SOL) proudly announces the formalization of its partnership with the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) through a Memorandum of Agreement for the Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP).

Under this collaboration, selected MLQU-SOL law students will be deployed to the LTFRB—the premier quasi-judicial and quasi-legislative agency responsible for regulating public land transportation and managing franchise issuances nationwide.

This initiative is designed to provide aspiring lawyers with immersive, hands-on exposure to transportation law and regulatory practice, enabling them to bridge theoretical legal frameworks with real-world application. By participating in this program, MLQU-SOL students gain vital professional experience that fosters competency, ethical grounding, and readiness for public service and legal practice.

MLQU-SOL extends its sincere appreciation to the LTFRB for welcoming its students and for championing an institutional commitment to experiential, practice-oriented legal education.
