Calling all MLQU Alumni

    Now is the time for you to come and participate actively in the celebration of our 60^th anniversary on December 7 & 8 2007.

    An alumni association is a group of people who remembers the second family which prepared them to face the challenge of finding a job and going on with the life. This is why we call our school our Alma Mater - a soul mother.

    An alumni association is a group of people who remembers - and who believes that to remember is valuable, that is what we learn from the past that teaches us to course our own future.

    And so I welcome you on this time of remembering at MLQU on December 7 & 8 - make this a red letter day in your calendar.

    More than your monetary donation to our association, your time and participation is a way for us to give back to our Alma Mater, considering what our Alma Mater has given to us and what we are now!

ATTENTION: QUEZONIANS!

    The MLQU Alumni Association, Inc. is searching for nominees for its Achiever’s Awards that will be given to 1949 to 2007 graduates of the Manuel L. Quezon University who have gained public acclaim and recognition for their outstanding achievements in their fields of specialization.

    Any Quezonians who knows MLQU graduates who qualify for the award this welcome to submit his/her nominee/s to the Office of the Director of Alumni Affairs, Manuel L. Quezon University, Monzon Hall, R. Hidalgo St., Quiapo Manila. Tel No. 733-99-38 or fax no. 733-79-76, not later than September 30, 2007.

    We will appreciate information on the nominee's full name, residence and mailing address and present occupation or employment, as well as a brief explanation why he/she deserves the award.

    You are wholeheartedly invited to our Diamond celebration, your active participation in our 60th anniversary will be very much appreciated. More than monetary contributions it is your presence that will vitalized us making our celebration a whooping success.
